I.T. Systems Security Policy

By means of this notice, YUDIGAR S.L.U (henceforth YUDIGAR), with registered offices on the industrial estate "La Veguilla", s/n, 50400, Cariñena, Saragossa, Spain informs users of the various Internet portals it is owner of (henceforth, the "Users" and the "Portal") about its personal data protection policy (henceforth, (the "Personal Data") so that Users can freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide YUDIGAR with the Personal data they may be asked for or that which may be obtained from Users when subscribing to any of the services offered by YUDIGAR on or through the Portal. YUDIGAR reserves the right to modify the current policy to adapt it to changes in law and industry practice. In said circumstances, YUDIGAR will publish the changes to be made on this web page a reasonable time before they are implemented.

Among its fundamental aims, described in its "I.T. Systems Security Policy", YUDIGAR values the respect for privacy and safeguarding information of a personal nature.

YUDIGAR guarantees compliance with data protection regulations, particularly the Organic Law concerning Data Protection (LOPD 15/1999) dated December 13th, and has the resources to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the automatic processing of personal data subject to said Law.

In compliance with that laid down in current regulations, Users are informed that, in compliance with current legislation, when they complete the corresponding form with their personal data, said data will be added to a database that has been duly registered with the Data Protection Agency.

The purpose of said database is to allow the commercial information requested by the User to be sent in writing, by telephone or by electronic means. By sending said form, the User gives his/her consent for YUDIGAR to transfer his/her data to companies in its Group, with the sole aim of improving service provision, at all times respecting Spanish legislation concerning the protection of data o a personal nature. Users may at all times exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of their personal data by writing to Sales Department at the headquarters at Polígono Industrial La Veguilla s/n, 50400 Cariñena, Saragossa, Spain.

YUDIGAR may use cookies when Users visit the Portal’s sites and pages. The cookies that may be used on the Portal’s pages and sites are only associated with browsers on specific computers (anonymous User) and do not in themselves provide the name and surname of the User. Thanks to the cookies, YUDIGAR can recognise the browsers of registered Users after they have registered for the first time, without them having to register every time they visit to access the areas and services exclusively reserved for them. The cookies used cannot read cookie files created by other providers. Users can configure their browsers so that they receive an on-screen warning of the receipt of cookies and prevent cookies from being installed on their hard disks. Users do not have to allow the installation of the cookies sent by YUDIGAR to use the Portal, although Users will then have to register as such for all the services requiring prior registration.
